Fund-focused Discussion Topics:
- E&P Restructurings – A landscape unlike traditional restructurings
- The Influence of Private Equity Sponsors on Chapter 11 Cases; The real force behind creating consensus or just another deep pocket?
- Leveraged Buyouts and Sale Transactions – Free sailing post Tribune or turbulence still remaining?
To promote frank, open discussion, Chatham House rules will be followed so that comments made by participants will not be quoted without prior approval by the participant. CLE credits are available in some jurisdictions.
