A small, select group of bankruptcy attorneys (debtor and creditor side), restructuring advisors, trustees and other fiduciaries, institutional investors, and academics are being invited to this roundtable. Chatham House rules will be followed to encourage free and open dialogue. CLE credits are available in most jurisdictions. Attendance is by invitation only.
