Our roundtable will be moderated by Simon Dickson, Partner in the Litigation and Insolvency department at Mourant in the Cayman Islands. This is a hands-on program at which we do not expect prepared presentations from participants, but welcome a lively give and take of differing viewpoints on the important issues that will be covered.   To promote frank, open discussion, Chatham House rules will be followed so that comments made by participants will not be quoted without prior approval by the participant.

Participants will include a diverse group of experienced industry players.  The roundtable's interactive format allows each participant to present his or her position, and debate it with informed participants possessing alternate points of view.
