The Leiden Institute of Anglo-American Law and IIEF are hosting a conference for domestic and international experts to discuss their experiences with cross-border class action litigation, the new Dutch class action proposal, and its implications for multi-jurisdictional class actions. The legislative proposal, which may have significant international implications, will be open for public discussion this fall and is expected to be introduced in Parliament in early 2016.
