Bankruptcy Roundtable
This annual gathering to discuss current, compelling insolvency issues will cover:
- D&O Fiduciary Duties During Insolvency
- Market Evidence in Valuation Disputes: Debt/Equity Trading as Indications of Solvency
- Minority Rights: Strategies for Protecting Your Rights With Respect to Loans Under, Bonds and Common Shares
- In Pari Delicto
This is a hands-on roundtable discussion. Participants will include a small, select group of bankruptcy attorneys (debtor and creditor side), restructuring advisors, trustees and other fiduciaries, institutional investors, and academics. We do not expect prepared presentations from the participants, but ask for a frank give and take of diverse viewpoints on the issues covered. To promote frank, open discussion, Chatham House rules will be followed so that comments made by participants will not be quoted without prior approval of the participant. Roundtable participants are eligible to earn CLE credits in many jurisdictions.
Participation is by invitation only.
